How can a small town be so confident about job prospects?  We believe the employment picture will remain healthy for years to come because of our “economic engines,” including wind energy and organic food production.  These are industries plugged into international markets, projected to sustain good wages and benefits for decades.  Further, our economic engines will likely create jobs in the future that we can’t even imagine today.
